2. There are a handful of demands that any private school in 2009 must address. That we are an athletic acdemy whose students travel a great deal makes some of theses very demands imperitive. such as: 1) continuity of approach for all classes & staff members 2) virtual accessibility (internet) 3) virtual class-room components 4) continuity of grading and grade access for students and parents Thu, Nov 12, 2009 9:21 AM
3. EDU 2 is intuitive if you have a good understanding of its "power". Once its capabilities are understood, one can design lessons that take advantage of these capabilities. 1. I'm still working on this aspect including getting the students to use the technology to their advantage (e.g., late and missing work). Sun, Nov 15, 2009 7:33 PM
2. I have not really begun to experiment with the technology yet -in part because I've got more classes than in the past (and I'm working hard to simply manage them all right now) and in part because I'm relatively slow to implement changes in my teaching. As I get more comfortable and find more time on my hands, I think I will make better use of EDU to actually teach (rather than just communicate). Thu, Nov 12, 2009 1:18 PM

4. Last year, when I was actively testing it out, I found that EDU offered an interesting platform to do some creative lessons. This year I have not really used it.
