Wrapping things up - what to do now?  Archives and Templates

• At this moment, the only way to preserve student's grades is to archive your class. <School> <Classes> Check Classes <Move to Archive>.
• Archiving your classes saves them for future use as well.
• If you want to re-use a class, you should also save it as a Class Template and place it within the school's library. <Teach> Click on Class <Admin> <Copy> <Class Template>
• You may also copy your entire course as a zipped file (we should probably do this as a school as well)
• We need to re-group students according to grad year and come up with policy for how long their information will be stored.

• Next year = 2 Semesters/4 Quarters Plus Optional Final Exam.
